Away Messages ...or something

I really want a fun little place to put something like an “away message”. This doesn't quite make sense because this isn't instant messaging, but maybe it's a cross between that and a “/now” page. Except it's short, and maybe time-limited. idk

I'm also thinking of a name for this thing. “feelings” doesn't really capture it, because the thing became more expansive and general-purpose than I first thought. I think now we're going for a more retro-modern vibe (hence things like “away messages”). And part of that is signaling that this is still for the people who like to figure stuff out on their own, and not another walled garden centralized platform.

I can't help it. I really don't want to build something like that.

Sooo we'll see what I come up with.

And still, who knows if this will ever see the light of day. It's fun and I'm learning a bit about clanking. wahoo
