New day, new slop
Last night I slopcoded on my phone, from the bar. I have no idea what the stupid robot wrote, but it's live now!
It looks like I added lists of followers / following. Cool! I also improved how we implement mentions, because they weren't working before.
The power of the clanker flows through me!
Standard.site limits
I wanted to add support for Likes in the Atmosphere, but like, that's not how it works. Leaflet (very cool) uses a pub.leaflet.interactions.recommend event, and so far, it seems to be the only place to view Standard Site publications anyway. So I'm gonna see if we can support that event (the toaster says we can). But maybe it should join the lexicon too?
Blindly coding
At this time, I'm not reviewing the code much. As I mentioned previously, the code it writes is kinda ass / not how I'd do things. But it's functional. I watched it like a hawk for the early features – auth and publishing / saving drafts. So I know those are pretty solid, and most of the work it does is adding code, rather than removing or modifying, so in theory, less chance for regressions.
But we're getting close to this codeslop being ready to be excreted upon the world. I'm just still deciding how I'm going to release it to / who.
